  Landen Air sets the gold standard for customer service, accountability, and comprehensive care. I was recently informed that my two heat pumps (came with a house less than three years old) were both either failing or had already failed. Landen Air methodically explored every potential remedy, but in the end there was just no saving these lemons. Jason Landen promptly began negotiations with the manufacturer to have the units replaced. I assumed one unit was going to cost me something, as it hadn't completely failed yet, but little did I know, Jason had spent a copious amount of time and energy working on my behalf to have both units replaced with newer models -- free of charge. I was totally blown away, and still am, as the two new units move major air, and now I don't need to worry or stress. I know these technicians are one call away, should something go wrong, and I appreciate that when they do come out they will be professional -- both in their interactions with me and in the extent that they go above and beyond to be thorough and ensure I'm satisfied and informed each and every time. There's nobody else I'll use, and nobody else I'd recommend, either.
