  We are new in town and needed new glasses right away for our daughter. I called them up and they fit her in that same day and were so kind and welcoming. The visit was thorough. The office is clean and nice. We have appointments set for the rest of our family in two weeks!

  Made an appointment for a visual field test and the DAY of the appointment...2 HRS prior to his appointment I am told that they want to bill me up front out of pocket because they want to make sure they get paid by the insurance company!!!!! When I KNOW it will be covered because it's not the 1st one my son has had!!! Not only could this have been told to me the week prior to my appointment, but to wait until only 2 hrs before to tell me is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
